A vintage bangle in a torque or open style designed to slide onto the wrist without the need for a catch or fastener.  The bangle features a pear-shaped amethyst to each end.  The amethysts are held in yellow gold pear-shaped mounts that cross over at the top of the amethyst to a diamond set panel.  The body of the bangle is a D-shaped cross section of plain polished yellow gold.
