A pair of ruby and diamond earrings from the Art Deco period.  Each earrings is an asymmetric spray form with a brilliant cut ruby to the centre.  A scroll and foliate design set with old cut and brilliant dut diamonds, two rubies to the outer edge, the uppermost part of the scroll to a spaced border of baguette cut rubies then an outer spaced border of old cut and brilliant cut diamonds.  The rubies are in yellow metal claw settings, the diamonds in white claw setting.  The earrings have clip-on fittings and measure 2.30cm x 2.80cm.  No hallmarks or stamped, valued and testing as silver and gold.  
The total diamond content is 2.20ct with approx. I/J/K colour and SI2/I1/I2 clarity.  Total item weight 15.0gms.
