An Art Nouveau brooch from 1908 consisting of a scroll decorated open work panel measuring 33.00mm x 24.00mm, centring on a foliate designed panel millegrain set with a circular cabochon cut white crystal opal 6.00mm diameter and with good blue/green play of colour. 
 
A round mixed cut demantoid garnet, 2.10mm diameter. 
 
The brooch has an attached safety chain which fastens with safety-pin style. Hallmarked 15ct gold Birmingham 1908.
