A tanzanite and diamond ring set to the centre with an elongated oval mixed cut tanzanite, 3.05ct and of strong, violetish-blue colour.  To each side a trilliant cut diamond with the pair of diamonds having a combined weight of 0.32ct and with colour and clarity assessed as F-G and VS.  
 
White basket settings to plain polished, "D" shaped cross sectioned shoulders and band.  The base of the band measuring 2.90mm wide.  The ring is not hallmarked, stamped "750" and tests as 18ct gold.
